Facilities for disabled guests are also available. The staff were lovely and friendly and provided great information and tips on where to visit and eat. The location quite central to cafes, restaurants and the main tourist sites. The apartment was very large and spacious and had a lot of natural light. There was parking available to book under the building.

The private bathrooms come with free toiletries and there is also a full kitchenette, including a coffee machine. on arrival receptionist staff made me and my partner feel welcome, the hotel wasn’t far from the airport literally 10 mins away. Shopping centre was not far either we walked from the hotel to Columbus shopping centre and it was quite big. Hotel also provided some tickets to the Zoo which was not far too only 10 mins away by car. If you’re looking for a mini/romantic break I’d say worth coming to Upon Lisbon !

We would have appreciated a larger coffee maker (for filter coffee) in our appartment or a regular refill on capsules. Other than that everything was great.
