Offering city views, Casa Rua Velha is an accommodation located in Horta, 300 metres from Praia da Conceição and 2.6 km from Praia do Almoxarife Beach. The Praia de Porto Pim is within 2.8 km of the aparthotel. The aparthotel features family rooms. Very stylish appartment, looks pretty new. Everything (and more) what is needed for a pleasant stay. There was some chocolate, fruits, water, wine and two beers for us. Not far to walk to shops and restaurants.

The area is quiet, but it's only a short walk to the centre with all the restaurants, shops etc. Bruno, our host, was amazing. He is very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. He goes out of his way to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with a printed guide/itinerary. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in Sao Miguel

Diana, as a Host was extremely efficient, accommodating and kind hearted Host. She was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in replying. Her directions to the location were amazing and she walked me through the cabin and and the grounds to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. She even left a lovely gift basket of local treats which was very thoughtful and showed how proud she is of her home country and wants to share that with her guests. Very, very special. The cabin location was amazing with a great view of the village and the ocean with a lovely outdoor covered veranda to sit and eat and take in the view. The kitchen was efficient and well stocked with all you needed to have morning tea or coffee and to cook and make a meal. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could sit out, even in the rain and watch the sunset and in the morning have coffee and watch the sunrise. The Village has some great sights to take in as well as being a great location to drive to other areas with lots of great scenery along the way. The people in the Village are so lovely and social and make you feel like you are part of the community. There are a few local cats and they were the gentlest and sweetest and would come by for visits which was quite nice during the evenings. I highly recommend it for single travelers, couples, and or families.

Vinhas to Calhau is an amazing apartment hotel in probably the best location of Pico. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. Rooms are super spacious on two floors. For families it is amazing. The hotel was very supporting in helping us renting a car, which is not easy in Pico. This is The place to go in Pico.

Lodge also includes an outdoor pool and pool towels are provided. It was and amazing time! It was just one night but it was worth it. The place was super clean and comfortable . It has been very thing the room is full equipped and the garden is really good with a nice pool and a bbq available to use it when ever you want. Also you can have a nice view from the roof top. It was an incredible end for our holidays.
