The location was quiet (though that might be because we stayed off-season). Staff is always available and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, with good interior design and well equipped (even wireless charging). Terrace on the roof is amazing for sunset cocktails, we also had a small terrace next to the room, which turned out great for breakfasts.

I got very sick while there and she arranged a taxi to take me to the hospital as well as working with me on the check-out time. It was disappointing because this is by far the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. The view from all of the windows right n the sea and the private patio and hot tube was incredibly gorgeous. The location is also perfect.

We stayed in the loft which had a seating area and fully equipped kitchen and it was very spacious. towels included. Isabella was very nice, she met us as the parking lot and helped us take our luggage there and back. A few parking lots near by, ranging from 15-20eur. She replied quickly on WhatsApp if I ever had any questions. The area felt very safe, and I would definitely visit this area again. Ortigia as an island was very nice with a lot to do. Amazing restaurants and gelato all around, as well as shopping.
