Photos 100% accurate. Location on the side of a hill. The island is small thus all the beaches and tavernas are only few km away from the complex. Since August is a high vacation period, we consider the price fair vs. of what we got back.

The house is very beautiful and very comfortable to stay several days, with enough shelves and cupboards, and always clean (thank you, Anna, you are so kind, always smiling and helpful..). With everything you need in the kitchen in case you need to cook... The garden inside and outside the house lovely and well kept... the private swimming pool is wonderful, with clean salty water, towels and a shower outside. The place is very quiet wirh great views to Skyros town. You can always park easily. It is easy to access to mazadia or molos beaches preferibly by car. It is also a 15 minutes walk. We had some problems connecting the Internet the firsr day but Anna and the rest of staff took care of it very quickly.

Most units also include a kitchenette. The property is a little set back but also on the beach front. Great for time spent on the beach and also to spend quiet nights in the room. The taverna downstairs makes a great moussaka! I travelled alone and felt safe and comfortable 🙂
