You can enter the building anytime using your room key or a code. If you have an apartment with a balcony with a view, the view is breathtaking day and night. Extremely quiet, peaceful, there is virtually no road noise. We enjoyed many mornings having breakfast and dinners in the evening on our balcony. Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.

There was a cleaning lady ( very nice ) that was tidying the room every day. The location was in nice and quiet neghborhood, 5min walking distance from Piso Krioneri beach and 8min to the city center. The host Irene was very nice and welcoming! High reccomendations on this one!!
