It was self catering if it didn't reach my expectations I've only myself to blame
Location was excellent 2 mins walk to the sea front No meals included as the property is self catering
we were self catering and touring around ,great location in bourne, near all shops and eating houses etc etc nothing
The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed for a self catering break.
Self catering so made our own breakfast. Fabulous location for walks and town. Host was extremely responsive and friendly
A beautiful & immaculate cottage, exactly like the photos. The lovely & friendly owner met us upon arrival. Great location within walking distance of the town centre. Very well stocked for self-catering. On street parking but we always seemed to get a space nearby without much trouble. Would stay again if we were in the area as it was very good value for money.
The facilities for self-catering were good as were the facilities. Although we did not meet the host in person, we used phone and text to answer enquiries. We met the lady doing the cleaning.
This is self catering accommodation with the owner living next door but as there is a management agent involved there was no direct communication from the owner. The accommodation itself is lovely, good facilities, excellent form of under floor heating and a lovely garden, south facing, with seating. We have stayed here before and had looked forward to returning.
The host gave a warm welcome, theaccommodation was clean, comfortable with excellent self catering facilities. It is set away from the road so is quiet. I would recommend The Ivy House Barn to anyone visiting the area.
