The 3-storey residence with lift is located in the city centre, opposite the Parc Ducontenia is close to the pedestrian streets. The beach and the spa are 400 metres away and the shops are 100 metres away. I was completely outfitted with everything you need to be comfortable and cook and have a good time. I am very close to the center. The staff was very kind and efficient. The kitchen even had a knife for opening oysters which you can buy in Les Halles not far away.

A great appartement and location with very responsive team. The appartements are functional and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The ground floor appartement bedrooms were a bit cold and a bit of humidity but with the stand alone heater provided that was resolve very quickly!

Serviced by a lift, Carlina Lodge rooms have TV with cable channels and a terrace. They all offer a private bathroom with a bath tub and free toiletries. Everything was fantastic. The woman at the front desk was fabulous, friendly, helpful and always smiling. The room was exceptional with incredible ocean views. The bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows. There was great lighting, so often rooms are dark. The tv was on castors so that it could be viewed either from the bed or the couch in its own little alcove with a large window. Important for us, because we stayed during the Rugby World Cup. It was warm the entire time, so we kept the window and balcony sliding glass door open. Apparently, this is common because the flooring is a surface that accepts water and it is easily mopped up. There was a large fabulous bath tub for soaking. We had breakfast one morning; a petit dejeuner simple. It included coffee and croissants. The cafe au lait was the best I have had since visiting Paris years ago. It was the old fashioned steamed milk in a pitcher. This is the ONLY hotel on the beach near the old town in Biarritz.. All of the others are up on the bluffs. The restaurant next door, Le Surfing was excellent as well.

The soundproofed studios have a terrace overlooking the Basque mountains and the marina or garden. They also come with free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with bath, a TV and a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Close to the excellent wide sandy beach (50 m). Very helpful and friendly staff, especially young lady at reception. Well equipped kitchen. Nice restaurants nearby

Villa Erdian provides furnished apartments in the centre of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It is in a pedestrian street a 1-minute walk from the beach.
