We had a great stay at Cabanas del Rio. The apartment is very big and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly management, and excellent frog tour. We especially enjoyed the relaxing pool area and the generous breakfast, surrounded by singing birds and greenery. We did not have our own car and was a bit worried about transport before we came, but it was very easy and cheap to use local taxis to get around, both to La Fortuna town and nearby attractions (waterfall, hiking, thermal baths etc).

Boasting garden views, Condo's Vista Al Volcan provides accommodation with patio, around 5 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The aparthotel offers mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The place is very well kept and the owners who live in the condo as well were very friendly and helpful with organizing our onward journey! We also enjoyed the ping pong and pool table and playing with their cute dog benjamin :) In total we had 4 beds and slept in the room towards the backyard garden as it was even more quiet. Cooking facilities and the nearby supermarked made selfcatering very easy.

All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Featuring a private bathroom with a shower, units at the aparthotel also offer free WiFi, while selected rooms are equipped with a balcony. At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. Location was perfect. Value outstanding.
