At the aparthotel, every unit includes bed linen and towels. The apartments were very clean and Carla was very responsive to my questions. It felt safe and was close to walk into town. Also near the bus station which was helpful for hiking.

Cecilia was very kind and helpful and she speaks perfect English. The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Our room had a separate entrance, distinct from the rest of the hostel, providing us with added convenience. While the room was somewhat small, it featured a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities for self-catering. The cleanliness, comfort, and adequacy of the bathroom met our expectations. The location is on the outskirts of the charming and quaint town, yet still well within walking distance to all amenities.
I enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel Quillango, notably for its convenient location near downtown. My apartment was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. It's a good choice for a practical and pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, booked taxis for me and one of them gave me a lift to another hotel (I booked both the Patagonia Apart hotel and the Apart hotel endurance. When I showed up at Apart one of the desk staff gave me a lift to Apart Hotel Endurance. Breakfast included was lovely.
Nice new apartment, tidy and has what you need for a self-catering stay. Carla was very nice and helpful and we were welcomes by a very cute front of house “tres leches” a very friendly calico cat. Bed was comfortable and good shower
The hostel is quite conveniently located, within walking distance of the bus station and the town centre. The rooms are clean, modern and quiet and there is a peaceful garden. The kitchen was well-equipped for self-catering and a reasonable self-service breakfast was available from 5 am. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Buses to the Torres del Paine NP will collect from the hostel door.
