Self-catering and the location was near all the places we wanted to visit and the main shopping area. Unexpectedly, the host offered to pick us up from the bus station and bring us to the apartment, which was accepted gratefully. The place was very clean with all the mod-cons and there were some free snacks if we were hungry.
This is a newly built, fully equipped apartment hotel. The room is very clean, and the house sits right next to the rose garden, the heart of Kazanlak. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone visiting the city to consider this hotel.
