Interestingly the name “house” is quite literally someone’s home converted into boutique hotel. The homes along the neighbourhood keeps their door wide open throughout the night because its safe!
Our family booked the entire floor with 3 rooms. Without the entire apartment to ourselves, the rooms could be a bit tight. The rooms are newly renovated with modern amenities.
Location very very close to the bridge, restaurants, bars, shops. We got to ride bicycle around the town in the morning.

Great facilities. Breakfast was nice the pool had a great view. The gym could use newer equipment for those wanting a workout on their vacation.

It was an unforgettable experience in Hoi An. The hotel service is very friendly and caring. They allowed us to borrow bikes for a few hours after check-out to continue our adventue. If I come again I will definitely stay at Babylon Riverside Hotel again.

Loved the clean room, nourishing breakfast and the pool! It is in a convenient distance from the old town so it is not noisy - and there are bikes u can take for free to reach any part of the town.

Location is just 5 minutes walking from Old town. The hotel service was excellent and always with a smile. Breakfast was real good even for Indians who does not take beef or pork.
Two big lifts always a help. The shower in the bathroom is superb. This is the place to be in Hoi An.
We were upgraded to a bigger room because of maintenance/possible noise caused by an elevator repair.
Lovely breakfast. Caring staff. Shuttle bus free to the town.
