Find the serviced apartments that appeal to you the most
Looking for a serviced apartment?
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Home-like accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was far beyond our expectation, Dave made sure we felt comfortable during our stay and gave us nice travel tips. We will not look for other accommodations if we visit Rotorua again.
Comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen (even had sharp knives - unusual for self-catering places in my experience). Grant was very helpful when I misunderstood the door-code instructions. Location suited us - we didn't want to be right in the centre of town.
The new owners clearly have a mission to make this a top both motel and I wish them well. As yet, it's just a ordinary motel. The room we had was a decent size and the kitchen facilities fine for self catering.. There are decent sitting out areas with some of the apartments but not all. The Brooks Restaurant at the site was very good indeed.
Returning patron, love it here. Love the grounds, the trout stream and the paddocks next door. The spa and pool are awesome and the restaurant is A+. Lovely spacious rooms and there aren't loads of places that do good sized full service apartments.
Great location, close to middle of town. Very spacious room. Heated pool and geothermal mineral pool. Daily servicing. Self catering, save a bundle. King size bed.
The room was good for self catering, the location was excellent. Parking was a little tight but we managed. We were able to self cater quite well. The shower was excellent. Overall the facilities are dated but clean.
