The building is new (probably a year old), and everything even smells new. Absolute silence. Equipment almost complete (lacked laundry detergent, even capsules). Internet super fast. TV and Chromecast work. Full range of applications (including Apple TV+), full AirPlay 2 support. Price could quietly be higher by about 25% looking at the standard, and it would still be worth it.
