You enjoy the view from the top while having a morning coffee or tea, it's very relaxing. If you're going to eat dinner, I suggest trying squid or baked pasta. The rooms are very clean, you can order cleaning again whenever you want. There is a parking for your car.

A very good and quiet place for spending a few nights in Ulcinj. Rasim is a very nice and helpful owner, communication was very easy. The place is brand new and we enjoyed the balcony a lot. There is a supermarket and gas station nearby. To find the place, use the Voli Supermarket and Kallaba gas station on Bulevar Teuta to pinpoint the access road to Rasi Apartments.
