Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Great location, close to at least 2 stations within 5 min walk. Apartment is very clean and modern with many useful facilities in your room (washer, dryer, microwave, fridge etc). Staff were very communicative and helpful over Booking.com messages, they also helped me receive my luggage sent from another hotel. Also there is an elevator so no struggle with luggage up the stairs. Room was quite soundproof.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to Dotonbori and food and entertainment. Apartment is clean, well equipped with everything we needed. An added bonus is there's a medical clinic downstairs, and when my mother felt sick they were able to swiftly see her (zero wait, walk in) and provide xray and treatment right there.

The apartment was already available more than 3 hours before official check-in time. Instructions howto retrieve the keys + lock PIN were clear. Everything was clean and prepared. You are close to the Osaka loop line and shops + restaurants are very close by. If I visit Osaka again I will again book this Apartment.
