They were all very kind and helpful to us , helping with all sorts of booking including restaurants , tourist activities and a nail clinic and servicing our room. Very helpful with advice on navigation around Rome and also booking transfers. The Hotel itself is amazing. Great location for seeing all the big attractions Rome has to offer and a beuatiful restaurant upstairs that we visited twice because the food and service were exceptional.
