The staff provided standout customer service. I was particularly impressed with the reception staff and barista/manager of the coffee shop.
The studio room was nice, clean. The facilities were tasteful and everything worked ok.
We were able to request fresh towels, replacement coffee etc.
The location was very central.

Great location. Staff were welcoming and very accommodating. Arrived early and the room was ready so we could check straight in, a very appreciated offer after an early flight. The rooms were beautiful, clean & well equipped. We loved the nespresso machine and the thoughtful provision of small but essential touches such as tea towel/ dishwasher tablets.

Great location, clean, well-equipped (from every possible knife to a kitchen sponge), very nicely designed and quiet aparthotel. Spacious shower room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Now that we know the concept we will try to book with the chain in other cities.
Good location in Dublin. The room had facilities for basic self-catering and a good fridge. For two people, the room is fine, but our room had three beds, making it too small.

The Aparthotel is in a great location, key attractions were in easy walking distance. The hotel staff were super friendly and were also easily contactable if needed. I stayed in a studio apartment which had plenty of space and had everything I needed. I didn't use the room to cook but it had everything you would need if you wanted to make a small quick meal.
Self catering in well equipped kitchen. Open planned kitchen, dining and living space worked well for the 5 of us. Decorated very tastefully and had a very calming feel. Outside space was good but not used as only there mornings and evenings. Separate downstairs toilet and shower room was really good for the 5 of us.
Bus from the airport stops at the top of the road at Drumacondra Train Station, which is really helpful.
