Rooms were clean, big enough, beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in huge park with ancient trees. The windows are very well soundprof. Free Beach is only 3-400 meter away, just 5-6 minutes of walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Balaland Residence. The apartment was very clean, with all appliances. The lakeside seating area (beach) and the water activities were super fun, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. The property is also very well located near the ferry to Tihany (for a few hours in town) and there are a number of dining options a short walk or drive away - although we found that the quality of the food and service at the Mangoo beach bar was best to be honest. We have the property in our plans for next summer for sure!
