We thoroughly enjoyed the food it was absolutely yummy and Leah was absolutely fantastic. The bed was comfortable and clean and the room was very inviting and fit our needs.

Decorated nicely, seemed mostly clean. Self catering was good amd the use of the communal areas. Communication was great and very clear instructions allowed easy access to the building and the room.

The location of the Pure Serviced Apartments is fantastic. We love knowing that we can be in our accomodation within 5 minutes getting off of the train. The apartments are always beautifully serviced and spotlessly clean and the check-in staff are always polite, kind and professional. We also appreciate it's proximity to the City Centre shops; The Hoe, Sutton Harbour & Barbican - I usually bring a good pair of trainers so we can enjoy being able to walk. We find it so freeing to leave the car at home!

Bright, airy and modern self catering apartment. Well equipped and maintained. Clear directions and instructions sent in advance re parking and how to find the apartment in the complex. Wonderful location by the water, ferry services nearby so we didn't use the car to go into Plymouth. Wide range of restaurants on site plus a cinema.

The property manager was so helpful and was easy to contact. The location was amazing, just a stone’s throw from the Barbican. There was a little corner shop a minutes walk away and loads of place to eat on the doorstep. The property had everything I needed for self catering.
