    This one bedroom apartment is well appointed. It was comfortable and cozy and clean. The interior should be a show piece for the minimum standards in a one-bedroom serviced apartment. There were minor problems with the fridge and toilet but the Vendor attended promptly to address them.

    The apartment is self catering, so there was no breakfast provided. The cooking facilities were quite adequate, although we did not use them. The location opposite a convenience strore was handy, and the secure parking helped. Although the area in general was run down and not very salubrious, it was convenient for the town centre.

    Grandson loved the welcome pack he's 5! Although it was self-catering, the welcome pack and complimentary bathroom products are a really nice touch. Really good-sized apartment . Didn't spend much time in the apartment to be fair, but it was more than adequate for us.

    The barn was exceptionally clean and contained everything that you could think of for a self catering holiday. Very close to Donington Park which was the reason we stayed.

    the accommodation was very pleasant. we situated within walking distance of town. 2 comfortable bedrooms and clean and tidy bathroom. absolutely well within the realm of acceptable for self catering accommodation within this price bracket.

    the building has an oldie world feel to it not dissimilar to a boarding house with its shared bathrooms. it feels more of a contractors weekday base than a travellers rest. it is good value for a bed in the city for someone needing somewhere to crash.
