    Self Catering; this property is really well located for a visit to Chester. It is comfortable; convenient and spacious. A huge advantage is the secure off street parking to the rear of the property. Communications from the host were excellent, clear, concise and with good details, provided short videos on the day of our arrival which were most helpful and very welcome.

    Mario was fantastic! Went above and beyond. The apartment is also fantastic! Spotlessly clean. Super spacious. Luxurious throughout. Fully equipped kitchen so self catering is easy. A must place to stay if in Chester. Better than anywhere else I've stayed. Great price for an awesome apartment. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Mario! 👍🙂

    There are no breakfast options here, it's more an Apart Hotel, we got an upgrade from the Polo room to the Flamingo room so instead of the room & bathroom we also had a separate sitting room with kitchen facilities. All the furnishings were good quality and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Lots of complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk in the mini-bar. Wonderful check in with Lauren who was so lovely and chatty and obviously loved doing her job well. We will definitely stay again.

    The aparthotel was absolutely stunning, situated in the centre of Chester with everything on the door step. There are tons of places to eat /drink within a stones throw of the location and parking on the doorstep at the Grosevnor Shopping Centre. The staff were friendly and professional, even kindly upgraded us to The Secret Garden room as a treat. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely look to return.
