    Mario was fantastic! Went above and beyond. The apartment is also fantastic! Spotlessly clean. Super spacious. Luxurious throughout. Fully equipped kitchen so self catering is easy.     Zoo Cottage was a real home from home. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering. Toilet rolls, bed linen and towels were provided. All bedrooms have their own TVs as well as one in the living room and dining room.

    There is a lot of space in this apartment with separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge rooms. It is nicely furnished; modern and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The centre of Chester is an easy walk, and even closer is the railway station for a day trip to Liverpool. In the other direction is a street of useful shops. There is secure parking at the rear of the property. We didn't need our car at all during our stay. The host provided helpful information, including videos, on checking in.

    Apartment is self catering but there was just enough facilities to cook a breakfast or to warm up an evening takeaway. The location was first class and you can also watch Netflix for free on the T.V.

    Beautiful house right on the doorstep of Chester City Centre. It’s super well equipped with pots, pans, towels, toilet rolls, fridge freezer etc. Everything you need for a self catering stay. We couldn’t believe how big the property was and every bed room is en suite. There was even a little Christmas tree up when we arrived. lovely touch.

    Our own bacon sandwiches were lovely(self catering)Location for town centre,shops,pubs restaurants,sightseeing,all 5/10 mins walking from Apartment.Couldn't be better!! Special mention to our host Chris,kept in touch,very informative,rang us to ask if we had arrived,we were just leaving the shopping outlet,about half hour away,so he kindly went to the apartment and put the heating on for us,lovely touch.

    It is self-catering, the property was lovely very comfortable and very well equipped, except for the fact it was very cold we put the heating on but within about 20 mins of it going off, it was very cold again, Maybe more or better Insulation is needed. The hot water was lovely instant from all taps with no problem, the kitchen was very well equipped with all that was needed, the dining and all other rooms were very comfortable.
