Staff are friendly. And they even let me check out late because my flight was in the evening. (With no extra charge) The location of the hotel is amazing. Literally, the tram station is in front of the entrance. The terrace on the rooftop is also amazing!!

The location is secured and calm which make it perfect to enjoy Nice at all time. The villa is wonderful, with a small garden where you can work or sit to enjoy the sun, the living room quite cozy, the room was just perfect and clean. You will enjoy the charmed of a old Nicoise house.
