La concha is located in La Laguna, 8.7 km from Museo militar regional de Canarias, 12 km from Tenerife Espacio de las Artes, and 28 km from Botanical Gardens. The property features mountain and inner courtyard views, and is 1.6 km from Leal Theatre. The aparthotel has family rooms.

The units at the aparthotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. Featuring a private bathroom, units at the aparthotel also offer free WiFi, while selected rooms come with a terrace.

We arrived earlier than expected, but host allowed us to check in earlier. We also received a nice welcome in a form of a little snack. We also really liked the terrace in front of our room. For those looking for clean, nice and quiet accommodation, we really recommend this one!

Carlotta is your ideal host; is most helpful and answers questions promptly. The accommodation with secure underground car parking, is outstanding and facilities within the apartment are first class.     This apartment is in a quiet street - a great location, within easy reach of a tram stop or by walking along the Rambla. It’s very well equipped, with an excellent shower and lovely patio area. This is the first time we have opted for self catering in Santa Cruz, and we found it the perfect base for our first experience of the Carnival.

    The apartment was excellent, modern with microwave, big shower, balcony 2 hobs and a fridge, everything we needed I liked that there was washing up liquid and sponges...alot of self catering apartments do not provide this The roof top solarium was fantastic, with great views of the city
