Excellent location - yes a small walk uphill from the town but nothing major and it was worth it for the wonderful views! Property is wonderful - modern, clean and stylish! Bedrooms super comfortable and the sauna a brilliant added touch. Breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely return and would highly recommend!

Everything is supreme. Room, facilities, cleanliness and staffs are excellent. I got very fast response from staff on every single inquiries. They are so helpful to plan your trip ahead. Luckily they provided Summer card to allow you to use free transportation and free many excursions in Zell am see and Kaprun. I had a wonderful experiences from the summer card -- Schmittenhohe cable car in Zell am see, Kitztienhorn and Reservoir in Kaprun are free by the card. The veiw is unbelievable. Thank you so much. Those 2 days in your properties is PERFECT vacation for my family, indeed.

Location, hotel stuff, very nice and new room equipment, food, outdoor heated swimming pool and wellness, parking - everything was on very high level and hotel service was excellent.
Basic comfortable apartment in residential building for a convenient self-catering short stay. Very clean, close location to the center. Easy check-in via lockbox, received a detailed explanation upfront, easily reachable host when we were having difficulties.

The clou of this suite hotel is that all rooms feature a window front with balcony (most of them with a view of Lake Zell), and an ensuite sauna (2 pers max). Conversely, there is no common spa or sauna area. Rooms also feature a kitchenette and fridge, allowing for self catering nights.
Great breakfast buffet style, and large garage. Walking distance to the town centre, but uphill on the way back.
