The owner was amazing! He gave us great tips and places to go. So friendly. He was always available to answer our questions. The location was a dream with a picturest view of the mountains. The room was cozy beautiful and everything was up to date and more. Very high end. We would definetly go again.

great location with beautiful view of the mountains from our room, perfect access for cross country skiing and hiking. Big and spacious rooms. very friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria (from Croatia), she really made us feel very welcome! nice breakfast: good selection of cheeses, fresh fruit salad, sweets, eggs, … nice sauna but with one downside: sauna was only open 4 days per week and from 15-19, other days you have to pay extra. It would have been nice if the sauna was open until 8or 9pm at least.

The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. The batthroom had a very well working, comfy shower. Great selection of food for breakfast including several home made eatings. The free sauna and wellness area were really exceptional.

The apartment was large, comfortable and beautifully furnished - we thought it looked even better than the photographs. The location is excellent being right in the centre of Ramsau Ort close to all the amenities, bus stops and walking/ ski trails. Family Gruber are lovely people, warmly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Cafe/shop downstairs is top quality, it has a wide selection of great food and drinks and is deservedly very popular. The staff in the cafe are all super friendly too and made us feel most welcome every time we visited. The Ramsau plateau is great for walking and cross country skiing, there is a good selection of nice restaurants like the Waldschenke, Peter Rosegger's and the Walcher nearby and it is easy to visit other places like Schladming using the bus. Overall we loved our stay in Ramsau at the wonderful Verweilzeit and very much wish to return.

The Gasthof Bergrast is located just on the foot of the Dachtstein mountain on which we had a direct view from our room. It is 10 minutes drive from the major attractions in the regions (gletscher, Reiteralm). The room was very spacious (eqipped for 4 persons), perfectly clean and stilishly furnished. The Gasthof has a welcome area with cofee, tea and cookies always available a huge garden with all the toys for children, an outside gym, a sauna, ping pong table etc. All this at an affordable price and with hosts who were supper friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Extremely well-run, clean, quiet, warm and comfortable hotel. Excellent food, clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, attentive and helpful owners of the hotel: they are always around and make themselves available for questions or a snack (including free, homemade Christmas cookies)!
