Nice traditional Japanese hotel with views of mt Fiji from our room, large spacious rooms in a quiet location, helpful staff

We booked the Japanese style room with Lake & Mt Fuji view. Both the room and view did not disappoint. It was awesome waking up each morning with the view of Mt Fuji. The futon beds were very comfortable and after huge day of walking and hiking, it was so nice to chill in the onsen. Our breakfast and dinner were delicious and the staff were very helpful and attentive. If we ever come back to Japan, we would definitely stay here again.
So authentic and yet very comfortable ! You can feel the real Japanese style, very calm.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, one of our hosts' English was a little patchy (and our Japanese very basic) but there is an app for that - and it was all fine and worked wonderfully by. The Dome tent was spacious, facilities great for glamping, and the view of Fuji truly spectacular. Dinner (self cooked food provided by the Hosts) was superb, more meat (and great meat choices) than 4 people should try and eat, we have two boys and they struggled. Given the choice I would stay again!
Amazing Japanese onsen. Staff were excellent and accommodating to my broken foot. The dinner was one of the most unique and enjoyable experiences I've ever had. The breakfast buffet was also amazing.
1. Great location. Near bus stop to hop on and hop off the sightseeing bus (OGI bus stop)

5. Breakfast provided. There were 2 plans to choose - western or Japanese and western. Simple but not bad.
The hostel itself is really cool. The decor and the layout is an awesome blend of Japanese and industrial styles. My room was clean, modern and comfy with great Mt Fuji views. There are good restaurants nearby the hotel.
