Super big room basically is like an 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen included , super clean and the bed was super comfortable. When leaving LAX after a long flight it was nice to find out there were free shuttle buses for all the airports in level 2. This included for this hotel, you simply go to level 2 and wait by the pink hotel shuttle signs and flag down the Bus when you see the one with your hotel name on it. This was great!! The hotel itself served its purpose - a night laying flat after flying 14+ hours.
The rooms were spacious and very lovely, coffee maker available with Starbucks brand and there was even a sitting lounge area. The soap and body wash was a lovely brand with an amazing smell. The shuttle service to LAX was super easy and amazing so this made the hotel value for money worth the location and not needing to pay for more transport too and from the airport
This hotel is very well located, very close to LAX, the hotel is really clean and the installations look really new. They are also pet friendly, we were traveling with my tiny dog and they dont charge any extra fees for your pets. That was great. The room also was very clean and had a frigobar with some water bottles at no extra charge that was really nice.
This was our first trip to LA. We hired a rental car and drove from LAX Airport to the hotel, which was easy to locate. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking is provided on site and is included, which was a real bonus.
Good location, near LAX. It was convenient to uber around if required. Price was reasonable. The complimentary shuttle service was appreciated. There was a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were spacious and clean.
The hotel's location is good for a one night stop over at LAX. We were upgraded to a suite which was in excess of our needs but it was great to have a really comfy seating area.
All we liked about this place is the shuttle services to - from the LAX Airport and that is it. There is absolutely nothing likeable about this place.
We chose this hotel just about short distance to LAX airport. Lobby looks modern same as lifts but I can't tell the same about rooms.
Convenient for LAX & clean. The king family room was excellent.
