Centrally located in Longyearbyen, Basecamp Hotel is a traditional trapper's lodge-style property just 15 minutes’ drive from Longyearbyen Airport. The airport bus stops right outside. Everything was just excellent and I dont think I've ever slept in a bed as comfortable as in Basecamp Hotel. The only thing was - I could hear every movement in the hall etc but overall the whole experience was just super. I really loved my stay and fell in love with my room!

Very comfortable and convenient. We'd feared there might be night-time noise from the pub below - none whatsoever. If we ever return to Svalbard, we'd be happy to stay here again.
