The rooms were beautiful and I felt like I was sleeping in the jungle. The walk up to the falls was fun and exhilarating. The breakfast was delicious from the omelettes, to the chocolate croissants to veggies to the beautiful location while eating. The staff is sweet. The food is reasonable priced for such a nice resort.

Everyone was hosted in this magnificent and unic spot in the world, did agree with us. We all extend our staying one, two.. days more, for how difficult it is to leave this beyond beautiful corner in space. I am very grateful for the time we spent here, and my 11 years old son as well! Best view of the Nam Khan! One of the newest places I stayed in my two weeks in Laos. Located close to the bus station. Brand new clean unit, ton of natural light & open air. Hot water/water pressure was fair. No option for breakfast, but was not an issue. There is bananas, tea & coffee at your disposal. They can arrange day trips/onward travel. One of two accommodations (in 2 wks in Laos) that communicated prior to arrival. Meexok Riverview is a quiet relaxing place to come back to in Nong Khiaw. Highly recommend. If you can snag a night, book it!

First of all the manager of the place took care of all of our needs and was so attentive I can't even express how important that is. Especially when you're out traveling in quite remote areas of the country. There is so many things the exceeded our expectations in this resort I don't even know where to start. The manager as already mentioned is a rare gem. The location is sublime! It's a short car or boat ride from the town but you find yourself in a secluded greenery overlooking the river and hills of the mountains around. Villas / rooms are humongous, well designed, clean with breathtaking view. There is a boat and car shuttle that runs quite often to bring you to and from the town which is absolutely amazing. Especially the boat is an experience in itself. The staff is super! nice, helpful and attentive. I would go back there anytime.
