Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge... Beautiful property, stunning decor, clean and modern. Amazing staff, so kind and always ready to accommodate any request. The restaurant is also fantastic, had brunch there and it was great + the amazing service continued from the hotel. Oh and the rooftop was such a nice vibe, literally can’t say enough good things about our stay.

The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.

Beautiful location right on the beach. I would like to go back in August to enjoy the water. It looks like you could go out 100 yards and only be waist deep. Plenty of seating and the area was cleaned and groomed daily.
