Located on the southern tip of Kauai Island, Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach features 2 resort-style pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

Located on Waikiki Beach overlooking Diamond Head, the Halekulani hotel boasts 3 restaurants, a live jazz lounge, and a day spa. A spacious lanai is provided in each guest room. We loved staying at this hotel and we highly recommend staying here for a vacation in Honolulu-Waikiki area! We did mention during the reservation that we are celebrating a big birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find in our room a complimentary bottle of champagne and a selection of fresh fruit. The room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over the ocean (Ocean Front), which was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. During our stay, we were out exploring the island but after our arrival back to the hotel, while we were relaxing at our lanai (balcony), we managed to catch a glimpse of the evening show featuring a former Miss Hawaii. The hotel location is perfect - it is literally on the beach (tiny one by the hotel but a pleasant walk to the main beach) and within a short walking distance from the shopping area, yet the hotel is quiet. The breakfast buffet was generous, with lots of delicacies and amazing fresh fruit, we enjoyed sitting outside under the palm trees. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for making our short stay so memorable!

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!
