The breakfast was amazing and the spa area was also nice. The staff was exceptional. In all, I’m surprised this hotel is not 4 stars since I’ve been in way worse 4-star hotels in Europe and I would say this was still better than the 4-star hotels I got to know in Japan. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to check the nearby Bikan district or even if you planned to go to Okayama city center.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Green Rich Hotel Kurashiki Ekimae (Artificial hot spring Futamata Yunohana) is located in Kurashiki, 500 metres from Shinkeien Garden and 8.8 km from Tanematsuyama... The whole place has a clean modern feeling, but in a traditional style. The capsule is really big and private, and the botel never really sleeps - you can return home super late and still jump in the onsen, or chill out in the relaxation area on tatami mats and get a bite to eat in the early hours. There was calming tranditional shamisen music playing over the speakers. In one word, the feeling of the hotel was 'serene'.

Dormy Inn Kurashiki is a 6-minute walk from Kurashiki Train Station and a 40-minute drive from Okayama Airport. It features a restaurant, free wired internet and a public bath with hot spring water. The best hotel we went to during our 2 week japan trip. - room is big enough and clean - bathroom is nice - personnel is very kind, especially that old cleaning lady, so nice to us I could die for !! I hope she is doing well. - the hotapring was very nice and convenient, there is an outside bath and an inside bath. - free yakult, ice cream and ramen during morning, afternoon and evening : such a nice bonus - there are 2 free massage chairs is a cool room, such a nice bonus too - 3 washing machines and dryers, you have to pay for it but still convenient - hotel next to the main area of kurashiki My recommendation in the area : - for kimono rent : KURASHIKI KIMONO KOMACHI - for a wagyu beef restaurant (best shabu shabu) : KURASHIKI_WAGYU_TAKA on Instagram. They have a flyer in the hotel lobby. The owner is so kind and funny !!

Set in Tamano, 22 km from Hashihime Inari Daimyojin Shrine, SETOUCHI KEIRIN HOTEL 10 by Onko Chishin offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. A special location next to the professional bike race track. Fun to watch the races from the room balcony (!) directly or to walk down to the track level or from the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Nighttime was a nice, quiet location to sleep with a lovely view out to the islands & the sea beyond the bike race track. Room is small, well appointed, fun modern-design with bike motifs, very clean & good shower. Staff were very kind & gracious.

The cleaniness, the staffs, the rooms and the onsen are exceptionally great! The beddings are comfortable and there are pillow choices providing the best sleep. Oversee tsuyama castle in the room. Awesome
