We are a couple and went to Alappuzha/Alleppey and asked our host for a boattrip. Fortunately we found Jose Kalappura, he organized a convenient tailormade experience on two private traditional boats with modern facilities. We were lucky, because beforhand we didn't know the difference between cheaper tours on big boats vs. smaller boats with individual trip and different private experience. We startet with a tour on a small boat and went through smaller channels having local Breakfast, bigger boats can't pass there. Ad 12:00 we skipped on a different boat with private panoramic area on the first floor. We where alone, a really romantic trip. Having typical local fresh Lunch cooked on board by a chef, we stopped on the course for sightseeing. After a slow trip on a quite channel we could see a beautyful sunset and we had Dinner. We had a good Night in a full equipped clean room as we would expect in a city hotel. Our Captain found a good spot away from the busy areas where we enjoyed a beautyful sunrise. After a local Breakfast we left the boat with a big smile because of this outstanding experience. Thanks again to Jose and the Crew.

The hotel is brand new and so the facilities are top notch. when we come back to Trivandrum, we are definitely staying here.

Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Perfect host, great facilities, extremely comfortable. Sudeer helped with everything we needed and was available at all times. Location is very close to the cliff (about 5 min). Definitely money well spent!

Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The entire campus, the outlay, and the ambience were extremely good. In fact, it was grand 😁 The food was excellent, and all the staff in every department were very efficient, courteous and friendly. Property was good with lot of activities, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the behaviour of staff was soo good front office house keeping and the restaurant staff all are professionals and well mannered my family was soo happy.

The homestay nestles beautifully in the hills near Munnar, with a gorgeous garden and the nicest hosts you could wish for. Food is homemade and delicious and the owners helped me with any queries I had, like organising tours and drivers and overall making sure I had a pleasant stay; which I did.

Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We got their suite. Very comfortable and excellent amenities. Had very nice bkfst and access to club for 1100 to 1900 with food after 1700 The pool and fitness area were well equipped and clean w good hours. Super friendly staff

Located in Alleppey, Why Not Houseboat offers accommodation with seating area. There is a private entrance at the boat for the convenience of those who stay. The view from the room, and also the special sitting area on the upper deck is really very awesome. The food was very hygienic and well cooked. And the total boat was very clean and neat. chef cooks any dish 😍 He is so patient and calm. Vineeth thank you for this beautiful experience.
