Staff was pretty nice, and polite and respectfull. i liked the way they set up the curtins, so it can isolate the outside completly (which most hostels ive been to, either dont have or have bad curtins). also i liked very much the place generally. good location pretty central but not in a dangerous area (even though madrid is not dangerous)

The check-in process is all online (a big yes for introverts :)) the room key is also virtual (love the technology!) The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Soaps and shampoos provided are from Rituals (love the pampering!)
