Situated 26 km from The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore Downtown Hostel features rooms with air conditioning in Canmore. Less crowded but more modern buildings and faclities. Workers are very kind. Of course it is hostel so cannot be as good as hotels but much cheaper.

Located in Banff, Alberta region, Hotel Canoe and Suites is situated 3.4 km from Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Lovely suite hotel in Banff, perfect for our family ski vacation. For a small fee we were moved to a room with a great view of the mountains. Super comfy beds, no noise, friendly staff and fresh coffee tea and milk brought to our room daily. It’s a 15/20 minute walk into Banff which suited us, there’s a free shuttle if you prefer. We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. Would definitely recommend

Just 1 km from Lake Louise, Paradise Lodge and Bungalows offers spacious lodge rooms and fully equipped cabins. The property is surrounded by gardens which include a barbecue and a playground. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were charming, practical, and exceptionally well maintained. I would definitely recommend getting one of the second floor lodge rooms rather than first floor. You have to trade a queen bed for a sofa bed in the living area and you get beautiful high ceilings and more windows in return.

Set at the foot of Lady McDonald mountain, this luxury country inn offers an outdoor hot tub and an optional 3-course breakfast. The rooms were small but very cozy. They serve excellent breakfast to your room. It’s nice to have a bath at the hottub after a day full of hiking. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds & pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved having 3 bathrooms for 6 women, all with tubs! Well stocked kitchen. Fireplaces in each room. The view... breathtaking. Walking distance to restaurants. Underground parking.

Helen and Clinton have thought of everything to make this Mountain retreat feel like home! This was a fantastic location for us to explore the area! It was so nice to come home to a clean, comfortable, well equipped place at the end of our days exploring Banff and Canmore. Canmore is a lovely town with the most hospitable people everywhere. We will definitely come back!

Situated just 27 km from The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, Spring Creek Serene Luxury at White Spruce Lodge offers accommodation in Canmore with access to a fitness centre, a terrace, as well... Location was good for us, we walked downtown and to all the restaurants we dined in. We also hiked the spring creek paths and bow river trails daily, no need to drive anywhere.
