We loved everything about the hotel except the steep walk up to the hotel! We booked the hotel for its proximity to the downtown street, but found ourselves driving there often as the steep walk up the hill was very challenging with the stroller and wagon.

the location was great. close to the water and close to the Main Street for restaurants. the water activities provided, SUP, kayak and paddle boats were fun to use and the staff very helpful. 2 wonderful pools. extra activities - they had a facilitator with owls which my kids loved!

This was our second time here. The room and hotel in general were very clean. Great location with easy walking access to downtown Lake Placid. We used the pool which was really nice and the breakfast was delicious in cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Facilities were up to date and spotless. Lots of room to hang out with a couple fireplaces going. Our family of 4 had a queen suite and it was perfect. 2 bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again. We skied Whiteface and walked the town each day.
