Featuring a tranquil location on Hilo Bay and offering breathtaking views of Mauna Kea Peak, this hotel is moments from the town of Hilo and provides spacious and modern accommodation.

We stayed during Thanksgiving. The staff at the bar and restaurant were helpful, friendly and all had a great sense of humour.

Situated on the coastline of Hilo Bay, the Grand Naniloa Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton is 48 km from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. All rooms have free WiFi.

The ocean veiw room on the 5th floor was exceptonal. The first room the had us in had a veiw of the roof and roftop equipment. I would highly recommend te ocean veiw room. Staff upgraded us for free but It would have been tragic to have to have spend 4 days looking at that roof. The staff at the hotel from front desk, valet, house keeping staff, bar staff, entertainment, was all to shelf. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.
