My room was next to the hallway/reception desk. Some guests were yelling at night in this area for several hours. It doesn't seem anybody from the personnel tried to stop them. The next morning a new receptionist wasn't even aware of the last night's events and didn't care to find out. There were ants in the room. From the technician's reaction, I realized it's pretty normal in this hotel.

Front desk staff, Regina, welcomed us - even when we didn’t think we’d stay. Location! Firepit in courtyard. Porters restaurant was really a high end but delicious meal, just what we needed on a cool stormy evening.

I liked the cleanliness, I liked that it was quiet. I really liked the area set up for pets. It had a fenced area and felt safe when I took my dog at night. Breakfast was adequate, better the first day than the second. Front desk was very helpful
