Everything was super bad, rooms are super small, dirty bed and sheets. There was no hot water because the boiler was not working, and the person who hosted me on the beside the main dore was Druk. I highly recommend you not visit

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Encore with my family and I can confidently say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay, from the accommodation to the service, has exceeded my expectations. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great of wide varieties and allowed me and my family to start the day refreshed and ready to go. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service provided by the staff. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the housekeeping, restaurant, or the front desk staff.
