They were very friendly during check-in. Separate from the resort, I had hired a private driver who attempted to extort me. Luckily I escaped the situation and a driver from the resort picked me up. Still, the driver continued to contact me asking for money and threatening to call the police. He even called the hotel several times. After explaining the situation the hotel staff were very understanding and helped to ward him off. Long story short, the staff will make you feel safe here! Anyway, they offer a range of fun cultural and physical activities to try. I did the Bedouin house tour, Sunset drive, Sand Boarding (highly recommend, good fun), and Camel ride. The food at the restaurant is good and portions are generous. The pool was nice and I wish I used it more.

Excellent staff, very helpful, honest, ready to help and assist in everything! Impressed! The activities are excellent, the camp is very convenient, location amazing, the desert area is super! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The place is fantastic. was a little underwhelmed to be given the connected rooms, because i was expecting individual rooms. the design and facilities of the camp are really good the staff were fantastic especially in the dinner service. everything was organised and tables were prebooked for each room. hot showers were the best. We had a blast with the activities
