This hotel deserves better reviews. Staff is 10/10 especially Ali (I forget his full name) from Morocco. EXTREMELY kind, polite, professional and ready to serve whatever we needed. Food was FANTASTIC! Legitimately the best food we had in all of Oman which was shocking. All you can eat buffet at dinner for I forget how much but so worth it. Could never get something like this in the US. Rooms were good and clean. Pool and gym were nice because nobody was there. We even went for a Thai massage in the massage room at the top. Very professional and they did a great job. Also about a 10-15 minute drive from the Nizwa Souq which is great. Not right in the heart of Nizwa, a bit further out but very nice and peaceful. Right next to a mall actually. 100% recommend. Thank you again and God bless 🙏

Ideal place to stay if you have own car as hotel is bit outskirts from Nizwa town center . Hotel has amazing staff and front desk very helpful and decent. Night manager was very kind to offer candies to my kids . Over all i will recommend this property to stay ideal place for families like us and every thing top notch and tasteful. Very good Wifi .

Great, clean, affordable, perfect location for water park, Suq, morning goat market, and old town without the fuss of fighting for parking because they had their own parking for it.

Luxury living - large rooms. Good location of the hotel, 5 minutes by car from the city center. The children were very happy. I recommend this hotel!
