Everything! It was amazing an totally worth it. The breakfast was something incredible with all the cakes homemade. The room was really beautiful and clean with a balcony with a view to not forget! Perfect location for both business or pleasure. I was working and the facilities and location were great with private indoor parking. my partner was making the most of the spa and hotel facilities. Easy reach on foot to the center of the town for shops and restaurants. Hotel food was perfect with no complaints. Very friendly staff especially the owner who was around at breakfast and dinner every day. Highly recommended for families or couples

This is not a hotel for people who expect modern luxury - this is a family owned hotel with the history, heritage and soul, run by the family's next generation. The owners work in the hotel on a daily basis and all the staff are very friendly towards the guests. The staff has very warm and individual approach. Location in the city but off the beaten track on a quiet street. Hotel in an Italian mountain style, well-maintained and very clean. Excellent and varied food for dinners (top among our experience). Wellness area available for guests - ideal for relaxing after skiing (incl. indoor swimming pool and outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi). On request, a ski bus takes guests to 3 stations in the town. An exception was made for us and we were allowed to come with a small dog - thank you. Overall we had a great week at Hotel Gianna and would love to return in the future. We highly recommend. Interesting fact, the hotel chosen by the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team (incl. Michael Schumacher, Kimi Räikkönen, Fernando Alonso) when staying in Madonna di Campiglio for the Wroom event. At least 10 F1 drivers world champions, which is probably a very good result among hotels :)

I loved the location of the hotel, specifically the magnificent views from the dining room and living room. The hotel was very well maintained and decorated and the staff were very friendly and profesional. The breakfast and food at the item was fabulous and the details such as the tea time cakes in the afternoon made the place really welcoming. The hotel is a family run business and this is very apparent in the warmth and management of the hotel. The shuttle service run by Enzo was very efficient at ferrying us to and from the slopes and the ski equipment delivery and pick up from the hotel was ideal. I will certainly be returning for a winter and summer stay.
