The location was very good, a few minutes walk from the centre of Chartres, with all it's amazing buildings. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were nice, and clean. The underground car park was small, but good to keep our bicycles safe overnight.

The breakfast is exceptional with everything It was late at nighthot/ cold to select. I had a problem carelessly losing my bag with all personal and financial effects whilst unloading at car park. Staff most sympathetic and did all they could to assist including scanning security image and letting me use their mobile at reception.

Rooms were fine, large enough, comfortable. The location is great, an easy walk to the cathedral and old town. Value is spot on. If you drive, there is a convenient space in front of the hotel where you can unload your vehicle and check in. After you check in, best to park in the Coeur de Ville parking lot nearest the hotel, better still to reserve your spot online.
