We received an upgrade to a bigger room and it was fabulos, with a very nice view and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a park. The city center is just 15 minutes walk. They have a private parking but if it's full there is a free parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it has all: calm atmosphere, green surroundings (a beautiful garden) and really nice views.

Of course, the location. 10 mins to the bus terminal and the biggest grocery shop in the area, 5 mins to the beach. The bedroom was amazing, we slept like babies. The terrace really saved us in the days when the weather was worse than desired. We liked everything. Of course we liked the host, very attentive, very responsive.

Nice studio appartment, just perfect. Terrace has morning sun between 9-10 (winter) just in one corner, but this side of the building has no noise from the main street which is on the other side of the building. Beds, towels, kitchen things all fine, thanks. 6th floor.

The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. It's well-equipped, has lots of cozy corners for a large family to relax, and the garden is lovely and well-maintained. It was easy to communicate with the owner, who kept in touch via WhatsApp throughout the week. The location is nice and quiet, only 20 minutes away from town.

The location was convenient for us as we were driving West from Teide Natuonal Park. Ana & Elena provided clear instructions beforehand and we met them near the property where they handed the keys and showed us around the propety too. Free parking in front of the flat was great. The flat is a studio and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was nice with hot shower. Very clean flat. Ana & Elena also recommended a local restaurant during our stay. Would highly recommend the flat to everyone.

Everything was great. The apartment was cosy and fully furnished with all necessities + extras! It is also very nicely located with great food options nearby. Rosa (the owner) was amazing and very available. She and her husband provided a lot of information and kept in touch throughout our stay in case we needed anything which was great! The apartment was BETTER than we had expected! We loved the spacious layout of the flat. The rooms were even larger than we had expected from the photos. The terrace with the opportunity to read something or relax there increases the feel-good factor enormously. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The location is very good: you can reach a beautiful beach with black sand in a few minutes, as well as shopping opportunities nearby.
