Beautiful house, I had a really nice room in the attic. The owner was really nice and welcoming, making sure I had all I could need. The countryside surrounding is breathtaking, all green and rolling hills. Unfortunately I did not have much time to enjoy that aspect this time as I had an early flight next day. The connection to the airport is fantastic, 10+ minutes by car, so it is an excellent alternative to a hotel airport.
The hotel is located in the centre of Plentzia, a traditional coastal town just 25 km from Bilbao and 15 km from the airport and situated very close to Plentzia beach
