The interior of the entire hotel is stunning!! The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Specially Ms. Hind from the central buffet restaurant - she was amazing with her service! The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the toiletries necessary- so you don't need to bring any toiletries apart from sunscreen and your personal ones. Great amenities in the room - mini fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Although we didn't come with any kids, there are many activities for the kids available at the hotel - movie night, fun kids pool, gaming arcade room, nursery room and much more.

Good hotel located in sunny western part of the island. If you have a car it's good spot for a sightseeing base. Two most important things close are los gigantes and Teno including Masca.

What a lovely apartment, great contact from the owner from the start of booking to arrival and great attention to detail in every department. Apartment was very clean & tidy, air conditioning and WiFi were both excellent and also being on the ground floor near the pool was a great advantage. Would definitely recommend A+

The apartment was very clean and nice. We even had a welcome drink by the host who was very nice. They also noticed we had a baby and setup a baby cot for us which was very sweet. The location next to a shopping center was great. Plus the pool is really good for kids.
