fabulous hotel,the best breakfast selection you could ever hope for! Amazing spacious roof top with lovely pool,friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well designed lobby where you could chill and listen to music or watch tv for ages! spacious pool with plenty of sun loungers, comfortable and spacious room with amazing views from the balcony. Many restaurants and a very good supermarket just across the road. I will be back for sure :)

Excellent breakfast, pools water warm (28/29 degrees) and not very busy in the second half of January during our stay. The 2 stars Michelin, El Rincon de Juan Carlos restaurant had a pretty interesting & delicious menu and very good wine pairing, impressive service during 4 hours dinner. What came as a very nice surprise was the Starfish Atlantic Grill restaurant with no stars :-) but very good food and wines.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

The apartment is bright and spacious, with a lovely terrace to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Comfy beds and great jacuzzi bath. The kitchen is well equipped and very convenient, having a dishwasher and a washing machine. Excellent location, very close to the beach and 2 min walk to some nice restaurants and pubs. Really quick responses from the hosts. We were very pleased with our stay.
