Room was as advertised, very clean with good attention to detail. The inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of choices so there was something for everybody. Staff service was amazing, James Gao Xu went above and beyond what was expected. He even helped with finding flight information and coming to the airport (5 minute walk) to help pickup a family member and carry our luggage. Highly recommend the hotel and staff, especially as it is so close to the airport. Will definitely be staying again.

Mr. Peter, the F&B manager, arranged our steaks and Tomahawk at the lounge, and his exceptional customer service 10+. Restaurant/ breakfast buffet/ dinner by far the best on our trip. Exec sous chef, very nice gentleman. Overal restaurant experience 10+. Good work of all staff and will be my main hub in Beijing from now on. Everything : - real 5 stars experience with a very fare price - great location in a quite part of Wangfujing - super confortable and nice rooms - great breakfast, lot of options Advice for international tourists : - it is very complicated to book some activities in Beijing without the help of an agency or from a local . The hotel provides a concierge service who speaks English perfectly who can help you, they will charge a little extra but it helps a lot - every tourist activities close very early (5 pm) so do not hesitate to start you day early
