The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain area 5-6 km away from the ski slopes of Pamplovo. The hotel is newly renovated and belongs to a cooperative. The room is small but comfortable and warm. Breakfast is quite varied and the staff is friendly. Even if not all of them speak English they try to help. Lunch and dinner are available. I recommend a traditional Rhodopi dish "Patatnik" a very good combination of potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and butter. The food is served hot and cold yoghurt can be added. The hotel has a spa area with swimming pool, sauna, etc.

Very helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The location also good and they have shuttle service to the ski centers. The staff do their best. I had a problem with my car engine, they also helped me about it and I didn’t waste any time to fix the car.
